| Making Civics Real: A Workshop for Teachers

This eight-part teacher professional development workshop introduces constructivist teaching strategies to high school civics teachers nationwide. The workshop, which was developed for Annenberg/CPB in collaboration with the Center for Civic Education and the National Council on Social Studies, includes eight hour video programs, a facilitator's guide and an extensive resource web site. All workshop materials are available on Annenberg/ CPB's www.learner.org .
